Slim Coleman has submitted a letter of notice to retire on January 3, 2020 to the City Manager.  Slim has worked in various capacities for the City of Warrensburg for over 34 years, including over 8 years as the Public Works Director.

City Manager Harold Stewart states, " Slim has had a significant impact on the City as an organization and as a community for many years and his experience and knowledge has been a great asset to the City of Warrensburg.  Slim and I have discussed his potential retirement for some time and it is not unexpected, however, his role and personality on the management team will be a challenge to replace.  I have really enjoyed working closely with Slim on many key projects during my time here and hope he enjoys his much deserved retirement, he has definitely earned it."
