GIS Office

Original Plat of Warrensburg

The Geographic Information Systems (GIS) office is responsible for gathering, managing, and analyzing spatial and non-spatial data. GIS integrates this data into various software used by the City, analyzes spatial information, and organizes layers of information into maps. GIS can reveal insights into data, such as patterns and relationships, that helps the City and its citizens make smarter decisions.

The GIS office works with other government entities, emergency services, and private companies to ensure that citizens' safety is protected, and collaborators have an accurate description of the economic and demographic characteristics of the City of Warrensburg.

If you have a concern, correction, need assistance with the City's mapping software, or would like to request spatial data, please contact the GIS Office through the Community Development Contact Form.
