Harold Stewart currently serves as Warrensburg’s city manager. Stewart earned his Bachelor’s degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in Latin American studies from the University of Kansas. He also earned a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Kansas.
Stewart and his wife Andrea have six children and are very involved in their church and several community youth organizations. He is also active in the International City / County Management Association, the Missouri City / County Management Association, and is an active Rotarian. Prior to being selected as Warrensburg’s city manager he served as the city manager of Knoxville, Iowa and Ogallala, Neb. He also worked for the City of Yuma, Ariz. and Douglas County, Kansas.
