Mayor Casey Renfrow
Happy Holidays! I’m Casey Renfrow, Mayor of Warrensburg Missouri, home of Old Drum and the birth place of the phrase, “Man’s Best Friend.”
Warrensburg is also home to the Fighting Mules of The University of Central Missouri as well as to many service men and women of Whiteman Air Force Base.
Warrensburg is a community of friendly, hard working, and diverse citizens who have shaped our small town into a growing city for all to enjoy and share in the many events that provide civic pride and joy.
I moved to Warrensburg in 1993 to attend ,what was CMSU, and met my beautiful wife Jennifer on stage in “Guys and Dolls.” Like many who come to our great city, we saw an opportunity in Warrensburg, opened a thriving business, Center Stage Academy, got married, and bought our first house, all in the same year. Now, almost 20 years later, Warrensburg has been so great to our family and provided us with so much, I felt like it was time to give back.
“Grow This City” is how it started three years ago. It has not always been smooth, but the results are undeniable. Growth is happening in our wonderful city. It is something you can be a part of too. Come check out Warrensburg and what we have to offer. We are a city with a University and Military base. We have large industries, and a work force eager to perform. But most of all, we are a city of caring, positive, and fun citizens who care about, and help one another. With a population of giving citizens and a climate for growth, Warrensburg Missouri might be the perfect place to start your life’s journey. Come see us today!

Wow what an adventure I continue to lead. I spent 22 years in the Air Force seeing the world and Retired as a Master Sargent. I brought a real estate company back to Warrensburg after they left 8 years ago and am now the proud Broker Owner of said local business with my wife Vicki Jacobs. Then to top it off I am now a member of the Warrensburg City Council.
If I looked back 30 years ago I don’t think anybody would have seen this path. I know I wouldn’t change a thing. I’ve been very fortunate to be married to my lovely wife for 24 years and have two lovely daughters. Debbie is grown and lives in California with her husband and three kids. Rebekka (also known as mini me) attends Warrensburg Middle School and plays the Base Clarinet in the band. It is those people who are my rock and give me the motivation to accomplish all of the things I have been so fortunate to accomplish.
I am a member of the VFW, American Legion, and Community Leadership Involvement Make Better (CLIMB) board member. I look forward to serving on the Parks Board for the city council and other boards I will get the pleasure to work with.
I think the most important thing for people to know about me is I am a very open minded person and enjoy hearing others opinions. I like to work together to solve a problem because one person can’t solve all the problems or have all the great ideas.
I look forward to this opportunity to serve on the council and hope I am a part of taking Warrensburg to where ever the citizens want it.
Council Member Robin Allen
I am so honored to be a Council member for the city we all call home, the beautiful City of Warrensburg.
I am a small business owner which my father, Ralph, and I have owned for the past 22 years together.I am the designated broker and the president of the corporation. I love to go to work everyday.
People are fascinating, and I greatly enjoy working with them. One of my goals being Mayor, and city council member, is to bring communication, not only throughout the council, but also within the citizens of Warrensburg. Getting involved was the best thing I could have done.
I didn’t think this was possible, but I love Warrensburg more now than I did when I was young.I am so proud to live here.
I have lived in Warrensburg for over 40 years, plus I have been married to my husband, Tim Allen, for almost 27years.We raised our children in this city, and they attended the Warrensburg school district, which is a great district for our youth.
My kids are on their own now,so I find myself with some spare time to listen to people’s suggestions, which is another one of my goals. I am more than willing to listen to suggestions, and work on them with the staff.
I want to thank the citizens for voting for me to serve on the City Council, and now the council members for voting for me to be your Mayor.
Council Member Bob Watts
I am honored to serve as a member of the City Council. I arrived here in 1983 with my wife of 52 years, Phyllis. We bought a home, and our two young daughters began to make lifelong friendships.
I retired from Whiteman Air Force Base as a Chief Master Sergeant in 1985 and soon went to work for the Warrensburg School District as the Director of Buildings and Grounds. It was in that position that I came to realize what a special community Warrensburg truly is. The support I was given by the community was amazing, as we built new buildings and renovated many more.
My service at Whiteman Air Force Base, coupled with my employment at the Warrensburg School District and my wife’s employment at the University of Central Missouri for 26 years, make for a unique prospective on what makes this town so great.
These are exciting times. Together with the City staff led by our City Manager, Harold Stewart, and the other council members, I look forward to meeting the needs and challenges of the City.
Council Member Danielle Johnston
I am thrilled for the opportunity to serve our community and help in bringing a steady growth to Warrensburg! For the last few years, I have been one of the owners of Twister Sports, a small business that provides character education through sports, to children in the area.
I attended the University of Central Missouri while serving in the Air Force at Whiteman Air Force Base. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism with a minor in Political Science in 2011. I hold three associates degrees, including Aviation Maintenance, Public Affairs, and General Studies. I spent seven fantastic years in the Air Force Reserve as both a Hydraulics Maintainer on the A-10 Thunderbolt II and as a Public Affairs Specialist.
I have lived in Warrensburg since 2007. My husband and I have four children in the Warrensburg R-VI School district. I am excited to begin working with our city officials to bring new businesses to Warrensburg. Our city is a great place to live, and I know it’s only getting better from here. Thank you for your support over these next few years!
