About Request for Bids

The City of Warrensburg issues Request for Bids or Request for Proposals to provide the required services to complete various City projects.  This section includes the information on current bid opportunities for contractors, service providers, consultants and suppliers who are interested in working with the City.

The City of Warrensburg complies with Missouri’s Prevailing Wage Law which establishes a minimum wage rate that must be paid to workers on public works construction projects in Missouri.  The prevailing wage rate differs by county and for different types of work.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses; to waive any informalities or irregularities in any submittal; to waive technical defects in bids; to award in whole or in part to one or more respondents; or to take any other such actions that may be deemed in the best interest of the City of Warrensburg.
