| -Rooms may be booked Monday through Thursday, no more than two months in advance |
| -Reservations must be paid in full when they are made. Phone reservations are only done with credit/debit card |
| -Decorations are only allowed on tables. No confetti, wall or ceiling decorations allowed |
| -Tableware and linens are not provided |
| -Entry to rooms/buildings is not permitted earlier than reservation time. Set-ups and clean-ups must be included in the reservation. Fees are charged for early arrivals and/or late departures |
| -Rooms at WCC may be rented for after-hours events, but a $37 per hour fee is assessed in addition to the normal rent. There must be at least a two-week notice of after hour events. (ABC Building and Shelter hours are 6:00 am- --11:00 pm. There are no extended hours for ABC building or shelters.) All refunds are subject to a processing fee. A 30-day notice is required on cancellations. |
