Each class lasts about an hour, and all classes provide an abdominal workout.

Beginning YOGA

Learn many different breathing techniques, healing poses, and meditation.  Improve strength, flexibility, balance, and increase energy levels.  This class is for both men and women of all ages

All Mixed Up Combination of kickboxing, step, flour & circuit training.  LOTS of toning and abdominal work!!!
BOSU Shape your body by using the BOSU for cardio, balance and strength training.  Limit 9
Butts & Guts & Beyond

After a warm-up, all the exercises will focus on strengthening and toning the leg/glottal area and the abdominal. Come to see what the beyond means!!!!

Total Body This class will work your body from head to toe. After a warm up it gives you 20 minutes of serious cardio and then has several different toning exercises to work your muscles.
ALL U GOT

This class will work all the muscles that you have. It combines cardio w/ toning exercises that will focus on a certain muscle group(s) each class each class and abdominal training. Will use some sports training for cardio

Energy Boost This class is a super charged, fat burning, wake up type of class, using lots of fun techniques.  Come see what Carrie has to offer! 
Let’s Get it started This is for those who are “just starting out”.  Great beginners class, but definitely effective!  Combo of kickbox, aerobics, stretching.   We will do it all, at your own pace.! No Pressure class.
N-R-Gee Wake up America!  Get fit, wired, and ready for your day. No caffeine involved!  For EVERYBODY!  You  need this class! Combo aerobics/kickboxing/toning.
On The Ball Strengthen your body, heart, & spirit with good posture, balance, and resistance using the stability ball !
Pilates Fusion  We will use Pilates as the main concentration of the class and end with deep yoga stretches. Pilates fusion will consist on some ballet and dance moves. Check it out!
Body Sculpt Make your  body look and feel like it’s supposed  to.  Firm, tone and sculpt using free weights, bands, and stretching.  Abs at the end! 
Power Pump Get in, burn calories and get on with your life.  No complex choreography.  Cardio Sport training followed by toning and ABS!
Dance Fitness Get your grove on! Learn how to stay fit while learning a few moves! Hip Hop included!
Spinning Classes Super insructors, awesome music, and visualization, help you spin your way to a healthier you. Pre-paid sessions only!
Basic Step Simple step moves, basic choreography. Big Workout!
Step Classes Each of the step classes are designed to be unique.  Choreography can be either basic or challenging.
Cardio Interval

Aerobic movement combined with  total body  toning and sculpting. Burn fat and rev-up your metabolism!

Fit Kids $2.00 Designed to be FUN and Interactive while teaching exercise fundamentals.  Your child will burn calories while making friends and having FUN!!!!
SOS $2.00 Seniors Out to Sweat is a physical program for seniors who would like to add strength training and resistance exercise to their current workout to regain strength and make living more pleasurable.         
YO/PI Combination of yoga and pilates to stretch and strengthen your body to a new level of fitness!
Cardio Circuit Aerobic movement combined with total body toning and sculpting.  Burn fat and rev-up your metabolism!
