If you are experiencing any problems loading Citrix on your Vista computer follow the listed procedures.

1. Close all open programs on your computer
2. Click on Start and search for “cmd” (without the quotations)
3. Type “run” (without the quotations)
4. When you get a Command Prompt, type this: “c:\program files (x86)\citrix\ica client” (without the quotations) and press Enter
5. At the next command prompt type “wfica32 /setup” (without the quotations) and press enter.
6. You should get a message that it was successful.  Click OK.
7. Open Internet Explorer and launch the Remote Access link.
