The Municipal Court for the City of Warrensburg has jurisdiction over traffic and miscellaneous offenses committed within City limits. The Municipal Judge holds an appointed position and oversees Court operations. The mission for the Municipal Court is to impartially adjudicate ordinance violation cases such that the legal rights of individuals are safeguarded while the quality of life in the community is enhanced.

Request For Records
All requests for court records must be submitted in writing. A Defendant requesting a closed record may do so either in person, or by submitting a signed and notarized request for same. Please allow seven to ten business days to process request and send records.

Prosecutor's Hours are Tuesday morning 9:00 a.m.
(Prosecutor will only speak to Attorney's by Appointment Only)
The Judge and Prosecutor are part-time and are only at the City when conducting Court related business.
