MISSOURI HIGHWAY 13 BUSINESS ROUTE/MAGUIRE STREET CORRIDOR STUDY
The City of Warrensburg is seeking the services of an engineering/planning consultant to complete a corridor study of Missouri Highway 13 Business Route/Maguire Street, which goes through the City of Warrensburg, Johnson County, Missouri.
Sealed proposals will be received in the Office of the Director of Community Development, 102 South Holden Street, Warrensburg, Missouri 64093 until 4:00pm local time, May 13, 2011. No late, incomplete, email or fax submissions shall be accepted. Failure to follow these procedures will result in disqualification of the consultant from the RFP process.

MULTIPLE PROPERTY DOCUMENTATION FORM/GROVER STREET VICTORIAN HISTORIC NOMINATION PROJECT
The City of Warrensburg is seeking the services of an historic preservation consultant to assist the City of Warrensburg’s Historic Preservation Commission in preparing a Multiple Property Documentation form for the City of Warrensburg, Missouri and prepare one district nomination for seven late Victorian houses located in the 200 block of Grover Street in Warrensburg, Johnson County, Missouri.
